Our hours of operation for ordering products are 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. We offer daily shipping on Abaco, weekly inter-island shipping and weekly & biweekly international shipping to the U.S. and Canada (based on current availabilities).

LOCAL SHIPPING (Abaco)

• Full Address, Email and Phone Number must be submitted.
• No shipping/delivery charges to Central Abaco, Treasure Cay, Cooper’s Town and to the Ferry Docks in those areas.
• $15.00 Delivery Charge per order to South Abaco and Little Abaco.
• Customer pays any freight charges upon collection at Ferry on Destination Cay.

INTER-ISLAND SHIPPING (Nassau)

• Full Address, Email and Phone Number must be submitted.
• No delivery charges for orders to the mailboat.  
• Customer pays Mailboat freight upon collection in Nassau.

INTER-ISLAND SHIPPING (Grand Bahama)

• Full Address, Email and Phone Number must be submitted.
• Delivery charges of $15.00 to the Ferry in Fox Town.  
• Shipping Charge of $5.00 per standard box (max of 24 product-items per box).

INTER-ISLAND SHIPPING (Family Islands)

• Full Address, Email and Phone Number must be submitted.
• No delivery charges to the mailboat.
• Shipping Charge of $5.00 per standard box (max of 24 product-items per box).
• Mailboat Transfer Charge of $10.00 per standard box (max of 24 product-items per box).  Name of Mailboat must be supplied.
• Customer pays freight upon collection at Mailboat at Destination Island.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (United States and Canada)

• Full Street Address, Email and Phone Number must be submitted.
• Shipping and Handling Charges will depend on weight and dimensions of products packaged.
• Shipping is by UPS.
• Customer will be notified by email or phone final billing payment based on shipping costs.
• Canadian Customer are responsible for any Canadian Custom Import Duties.
